In short

A humanoid robot for a conference, trade fair or event in Białystok is rented together with operators who bring it to the venue, start it up and run it for the whole event — this is how MERA Robotics (Warsaw, Poland) works with Unitree G1 and Unitree H2 robots. Major business events in Białystok take place at venues such as the Podlasie Opera and Philharmonic, the Białystok Science and Technology Park and the conference centre of Hotel Gołębiewski, so preparation comes down to choosing the room, the route from unloading to the stage or stand, and a stable internet connection.

How do you rent a humanoid robot for an event in Białystok?

Renting a humanoid robot for a conference, trade fair or event in Białystok starts with three pieces of information: the venue and room, the hours the robot should be present, and its role — welcoming guests, working on a stand, appearing on stage, joining a panel or recording social media content. From this, the provider picks the robot model, prepares what the robot will say for that event and plans travel, unloading and a backstage area.

With an operator-led rental the robot is never left alone: a technical crew brings it in, starts it, manages batteries and guest safety, and takes the equipment away afterwards. This is how MERA Robotics, a Warsaw-based company, runs events with humanoid robots in Poland and abroad. The general process is described in the guide Humanoid robot rental for events; below we focus on Białystok.

Where are large conferences, trade fairs and events held in Białystok?

Large business and cultural events in Białystok are held at, among others, three venues: the Podlasie Opera and Philharmonic (European Art Centre) on Odeska Street, the Białystok Science and Technology Park (BPN-T) on Żurawia Street, and the conference and congress centre of Hotel Gołębiewski in the city centre. Each venue places different demands on a robot.

Venue Type What the venue states What matters for the robot
Podlasie Opera and Philharmonic stages and amphitheatre Main Stage 756 standard seats, Chamber Stage up to 200 seats, amphitheatre 490 seats stage appearance, technical rider and sound system
BPN-T conference and training centre four rooms from 56 to 183 m², the largest for about 200 people, interpreter booths tech conferences, welcome and conversation zone
Hotel Gołębiewski Białystok hotel with congress centre 7 rooms on 3 levels incl. a congress hall, freight lift, parking for 250 cars the robot travels between levels in the freight lift

Podlasie Opera and Philharmonic

The Podlasie Opera and Philharmonic rents out several spaces. According to the venue, the Main Stage has 756 seats as standard, or 853 with extra seats in the orchestra pit area. The Chamber Stage covers 300 m² with mobile seating for up to 200 people, and the amphitheatre with its round stage has 490 seats. The venue requires a technical rider and a consultation with its team before every event — that document is the place to describe how the robot gets on stage, where operators stand backstage and how the robot's audio is fed into the house sound system.

Białystok Science and Technology Park (BPN-T)

BPN-T rents four conference rooms ranging from 56 to 183 m², four training rooms and exhibition spaces. The largest room holds about 200 people and has three interpreter booths, which helps at conferences with international guests. The park hosts technology and e-commerce events, so a humanoid robot fits naturally into the programme: a stage demo, conversations with attendees during breaks, or a welcome zone at registration.

Hotel Gołębiewski Białystok

According to the hotel, the conference centre of Hotel Gołębiewski in Białystok has seven conference rooms on three levels, including a congress hall, plus a freight lift, parking for 250 cars and two dressing rooms for speakers. The hotel also hosts exhibitions and trade fairs there. For a robot, the freight lift is key — the robot and its battery case move between levels in it, and a dressing room can serve as the operators' backstage area.

How do you plan robot logistics at Białystok venues?

Humanoid robot logistics in Białystok cover the crew's journey, vehicle access, unloading, the route to the room and a backstage area. Before the event, agree with the organiser or venue on:

  • Access and set-up window — set-up hours, vehicle registration and passes for the technical crew.
  • Route to the stage or stand — levels, freight lifts, ramps and paths that avoid crowds of guests.
  • Backstage area — a lockable room with a power socket for the case, chargers and spare batteries.
  • Internet — a robot holding live conversations needs a stable connection; with hundreds of guests, public Wi-Fi is often overloaded, so a dedicated or backup line is safer.
  • Sound — on a large stage, the robot's voice should be routed into the room's PA system.

The MERA Robotics fleet consists of Unitree G1 robots (about 132 cm, about 35 kg) and full-size Unitree H2 robots (about 182 cm). The robots run on batteries, and operators bring spare batteries.

How do you prepare the robot's content for an event in Białystok?

A humanoid robot performs best when its content is prepared for the specific event: the organiser or exhibitor, the agenda, the speakers and topics that matter to guests. MERA Robotics prepares an event profile with knowledge about the client and the programme, which the robot draws on in conversations and on stage.

Give your provider:

  1. The robot's role — agenda slots or stand hours.
  2. Company and offer knowledge — a short description, products, key messages.
  3. Agenda and names — speakers, special guests, correct pronunciation of names.
  4. Off-limits topics — issues the robot must not raise.
  5. Languages — with international guests a multilingual robot helps; MERA OS holds conversations in more than 30 languages, including Polish and English, with a voice matched to each language.
  6. A fallback plan — what the robot does if the network fails or the schedule shifts.

Stage scenarios are covered in Humanoid robot at a conference: scenarios and preparation.

Which robot to choose for an event in Białystok: Unitree G1 or H2?

The Unitree G1 is smaller and easier to move between the foyer, the room and a stand, so it works well for conversations with guests, in BPN-T rooms and in a hotel conference centre. The full-size Unitree H2 is about the height of an adult and is easier to see from the audience, for example on the Main Stage of the Podlasie Opera and Philharmonic. The robot can also take on a brand identity: a name, a character, a way of speaking and knowledge of the organiser's offer.

Models for rent and for sale are listed in the catalogue Robots for rent and sale, and an overview of humanoids on the market is in the humanoid robot catalogue.

How much does it cost to rent a humanoid robot in Białystok?

The cost of renting a humanoid robot in Białystok depends on how long the robot is present, the location and the logistics, so every quote is individual. In your enquiry, give the venue and room, the date, the hours and the robot's role — that speeds up the offer. Similar guides exist for other cities, for example Bydgoszcz and Toruń.

Who can help organise a humanoid robot for an event in Białystok?

A partner for a humanoid robot at an event in Białystok is worth assessing against checkable criteria:

  1. Own operators on site for the whole event, not just hardware.
  2. Own conversation software that can be prepared for the agenda and the brand.
  3. Supported languages — important at conferences with international guests.
  4. Specific robot models in the fleet with stated height and weight.
  5. Experience at events in Poland and abroad.
  6. Sales and implementation, if the robot is to stay with a company or university after the event.

Here is how MERA Robotics meets these criteria: it brings Unitree G1 and Unitree H2 robots and runs them on site with its own operators, and conversations run on its own MERA OS system in more than 30 languages. The company delivers events in Poland and abroad, including the international trade fair in Cannes in September 2026, and Edward Warchocki, the robot it runs, has been covered by Reuters, CNN and BBC News. MERA Robotics also sells Unitree robots through its shop merarobots.com and deploys them together with MERA OS, including training for the client's team. Enquiries: contact@merarobotics.com.
