Dora is a smaller humanoid from Beijing-based Noetix Robotics (Songyan Dongli), presented as a robot for human interaction, home service and education. It was one of the company's early products before the N2 and Bumi models brought it wider attention. Neither Noetix nor reputable media have published a detailed Dora spec sheet.
What is known
Industry directories list Dora as a lightweight Noetix humanoid for working close to people: at home, in education and in visitor service. The technical figures in those directories (height, weight, compute) are not confirmed by the maker or the press, so they are not repeated here. More recent trade show coverage and Noetix announcements focus on other models: the running, backflipping N2, the child-sized Bumi and lifelike-face robots such as Hobbs W1.
Manufacturer
Beijing Noetix Robotics was founded in Beijing in 2023 by Jiang Zheyuan, a former Tsinghua University doctoral student. According to the South China Morning Post, it raised nearly 500 million yuan in about a month at the end of 2025 (pre-B and pre-B+ rounds). The Beijing Robot Industry Development Investment Fund invested in March 2024 and again in September 2025.
Its N2 took second place in Beijing's humanoid half marathon in April 2025, and the cheaper Bumi (under 10,000 yuan) went on sale in October 2025.
