P01 is the first model in Digit Robotics' Xingxingxia (星行侠, "Star Hero") series from Shenzhen: a character robot inspired by Chinese culture that can either walk on two legs or roll on wheels. It is built for guest service, children's lessons and performances, not industrial work. We found no model officially named "Nezha P01" in the maker's materials.
History and launch
Digit Robotics announced the Xingxingxia series as character robots drawing on Chinese history and culture, and launched it on April 28, 2025, calling it the world's first dual-form humanoid.
On June 1, 2025 a pink Xingxingxia performed in CCTV-1's Children's Day show, and in December 2025 the P01 received a "Future Robot" award from Forbes China. Its successor, the Xingxingxia P2, launched in May 2026, followed in August 2026 by a P02 version built on a HarmonyOS-family operating system.
Hardware
The series' defining feature is combining legged walking and wheeled driving in one robot, a design the company has patented. Digit has not published a full spec sheet for the P01. For the P2 it cites up to 10 hours of runtime with automatic docking and a build one person can load into a car; the P02 has 25 in-house integrated joint actuators, a depth camera, microphone arrays, torque and touch sensing, and 128 TOPS plus 6 TOPS compute modules.
Applications
Xingxingxia teaches science lessons for children (including in Cantonese), sings nursery songs, guides visitors around booths and performs on stage. Forbes China cited deployments in banking, education and telecom operators. In August 2025 the company said it had more than 100 units on order, without saying how many had shipped.
Manufacturer
Digit Robotics (Shuzi Huaxia (Shenzhen) Technology Co.) was founded in March 2024 and is led by founder Shen Jian. It also makes the Xialan bionic robots and Xiaqi service humanoids, and raised more than 100 million yuan in a Pre-A round in August 2026.
