The wheeled base travels at up to 1 m/s. Sensors include a 2D lidar, four ultrasonic sensors, three RGBD cameras, two single-point ToF sensors and three surround-view cameras. QUANTA X2 is not bipedal; it is a wheeled humanoid with a human-like upper body.
Software and AI
X Square Robot develops its own embodied AI models: WALL-A (a manipulation model with tens of billions of parameters that runs QUANTA X2), the open-source WALL-OSS (2025) and WALL-OSS-0.5 (2026), and WALL-B, which it calls a world unified model. It also publishes research such as HOST (learning a new skill from a single human video) and the WALL-SS world model.
